...See more Hi, I dont know where to start. I have always had anxiety, it got really bad at one point and I ended up on lexapro, it defintely helped me(i know not all will agree) Anyway a couple years ago I found out I was pregnant and weaned off the meds. I had conflicting recommendations from different drs, one said it would be fine, the other said i shouldnt be on them. Anyway I got off them, had a miscarriage, (probably needed them but didnt want to go back on at the time) got pregnant again, had another miscarriage(really should have thought about going back on at the time, but still didnt). Anyway its been over 2 years now, still struggling with trying to conceive. This stay at home stuff really hit me at first, anxiety so high, had my first panic attack in years. 8 weeks in still very much on edge but almost starting to ease in to the new "norm" of staying home and I get then I get the call that my employer recieved a PPP loan and everyone is being called back to work. Panic is setting in, they have been so kind and understanding and willing to let me try to work from home at least for a bit. They are being so mindful of all the new "rules" new alternating schedules, providing PPE, installation of new equipment/disinfecting materials. And still the mere thought of having to go back to work, and I am on the verge of an attack. And then just to make everything worse, we had to put one of my cats down today. I am just a mess.

Cant Call

...See more First I guess a little background info. I am currently dealing with infertility. I have had 2 miscarriages and 4 failed attempts at ovulation inducation with oral medication. My last appointment with my dr was left at if I did not concieve to call and set up an appointment to discuss next possible steps in this journey. We had a vacation planned 3/12 and my husband and I agreed to enjoy ourselves and call when we returned. Well we obviously did not get to go on our vacation and we are defintely not enjoying ourselves at the moment. But I recieved an email from my dr office saying that they were conducting telehealth. Here is where my problem lays. I can not even pick up the phone to make the call. I feel a level of guilt for wanting to move forward with this process at this time given the state the world is in. But I also know that I need to be a mother and I need to be able to move forward with this, and it is just a consult via the phone/computer so its not like any PPE will be used and I am not being put at risk by coming in contact with anyone from my own living room. Chances are any procedures that I am going to be reccomended for have been put on hold and cant move forward at this time anyway, so wouldnt it be best to just get the consult part out of the way so we know what are next steps are as soon as everyone is given the go ahead?! So why is it that I cant even pickup the phone!?
