...See more I relapsed today I won’t go into much detail but I feel really gross about myself I purged into something and it was gross and it’s not like I haven’t done it before but I don’t know what to do with myself. I feel like I one, can’t stop and two, don’t know what to do now. My head, throat, nose and eyes hurt :((((

...See more Dear ED, you took away my health and happiness yet part of my loves you but, most of me has now learnt to hate you. You are still here, I know, I hear you in my head all day but your voice is slowly becoming quieter. Two years ago, the first time I purged. I cried so much that night told myself never again I began to restrict because of you. My body and head hurts. I’m tired. I’m done. (Edited by FM @CheeryMango to remove expletives)
