To her (TW, purging, restricting)
Dear ED, you took away my health and happiness yet part of my loves you but, most of me has now learnt to hate you. You are still here, I know, I hear you in my head all day but your voice is slowly becoming quieter. Two years ago, the first time I purged. I cried so much that night told myself never again I began to restrict because of you. My body and head hurts. I’m tired. I’m done. (Edited by FM @CheeryMango to remove expletives)
What is ED
I was about to ask that.
@likewatersw @Goodturtle77 "eating disorder", obviously.... that's what sub forum this is. This person pours their heart out about how they're feeling and that's all they get in response... something that would take 2 seconds to search up
@sillyDuckling
yeah dear sillduckling the world will be better if every one stop using abbreviations so frequently. nnzyb
@likewatersw it's really a very common one, that can also sometimes be used to avoid triggering people. Abbreviations can be very useful, and considering this is a mental health site, using abbreviations for mental health issues is appropriate. It's very not new and it's not the responsibility of someone who is just sharing very personal and difficult feelings to appease some random person who doesn't feel like taking 2 seconds to google (or you know, just shift your eyes upwards a tiny bit to see what forum this is). If you didn't understand the post, you didn't have to comment, so easy.
Yeah, u are right. I should have looked up for it. I am sorry.
I hope you get better. And I am here for you
