...See more At this stage I don't even know why anymore. Escapism? Habit? No reason why not? Prefer to not be a quitter? Safety in Routine?  I have found that everyone is addicted to something. It is all a matter of degrees. Why change out something tolerable when it likely could be replaced with something worse. Addiction does not end. It only changes forms.

...See more The ancient Greek Philosopher Heraclitus said " No one steps into the same river twice. I think he meant that the river is always changing and moving and the person in the river could do the same.
