All of everything we do has potential to become an addiction. Good or bad. I have addictions also and wish that I didn't.

@peachNorth2287 so true, i've noticed that your body/mind even grows accustomed to having something at a certain time of day, recently i've been eating sweets at night so now every night I crave sweets, but if I stop for long enough or start eating them in the morning the habit changes, i've especially noticed this with nicotine, arguably the sneakiest devil of them all being that nicotine is more addictive than some hard drugs, and it's much more difficult to spin out of control and "ruin your life" with a nicotine addiction, at least from my experience.
