Practicing gratitude is a healthy mindful technique to help train our minds to think positivity and also think less about what we don't have which can sometimes fuel greed and dissatisfaction. It's a great practice! Best of luck
Hey @peachNorth2287 that's an awesome goal. How do you plan to go about it? (For instance gratitude journaling, gratitude mindfulness, acts of kindness etc) 💛
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou I am going to be thankful for at least one thing every day. Even little things. Also some of the things that we may take for granted (running water, lights, food ect) Once we are habitually thankful, then having gratitude becomes part of a lifestyle.

Aw that sounds lovely, we often miss on the seemingly little things, but they aren't as little when we do pay attention and feel grateful about them, the basic necessities, too yes. I'm so proud of you and rooting for you as you move ahead in incorporating gratitude in your lifestyle! ❤
Alsooo absolute quote-worthy "Once we are habitually thankful, then having gratitude becomes part of a lifestyle."🌻
@greenFae00
I'm very proud of you for adopting this mindset!
