...See more I want to turn my phone off so badly and forget the internet exists but it’s an unhealthy addiction. I spend 10+ hours a day on it and hate myself for it. I hate how our society is glued to their phones and I hate that social media was even invented. It ruins absolutely EVERYTHING and I can’t think of any pro’s to using it. Only cons. I subconsciously want to delete it but can’t get myself to

Yup I’m drinking again. I hate how addicted I’ve become to self medicating with alcohol to numb my own thoughts. it’s my escape from reality
