I hate admitting how lovely I am…. But I am. I wish I had someone that cared about me unconditionally and considered me a priority. No one cares about me and I’m extremely lonely

@hellokittywitchblade Don't think that a confidant will come suddenly, tell you that I understand everything about you, give you a hug, and sing a lullaby. In fact, no one cares about your status, they don't care, not because they are indifferent, but because their relationship with you does not need to be explored vigorously. The difficulty for adults is that even if they are stabbed, they will try to let the knife heal slowly, instead of pulling it out and splashing other people's blood. Only change yourself. Because you can't change other people.

@hellokittywitchblade Hello :) I came across your post and even though I don't usually type anything on online forums, I wanted to reply to this. I really empathise with what you're going through, loneliness is a horrible thing, and it's hard to stop feeling lonely once it happens. No one tells you what to do about feeling lonely, there's no step-by-step to fix it that works for everyone. It sounds silly but just texting your friends/people you know hey could help? Even that can be hard though. It can be hard to see the people who love you unconditionally, especially when they don't act like they do, or give you any reassurance, but there's someone who'll always love you, if you recognise it or not. I just want to let you know that even though I don't know you, you're worthy of unconditional love and if no one's making the effort to let you know that, then that's on them. There's nothing unlovable about you, I promise you that. I really hope one day you will believe that. Love from me<33
