...See more I saw on here the other day someone describing the awful feeling of not knowing if you’re upset about something because of your anxiety or if it’s an actual problem. I had no idea other people do the same... but now I need to talk about how EXHAUSTING it is to have your brain constantly debating itself back and forth. Like physically drained to the extent of over sleeping, headaches, zoning out, etc exhaustion. Can anyone relate!?
