...See more Hello, For the past year I have been struggling with controlling some thoughts that randomly pop up in my head. They're usually related to the same topic. I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to ground yourself when this happens? If I think too much about it it's worse so I was looking for tips on how to completely forget about them. I tried the basic writing things I see, hear, smell, touch, etc. But it's not really helpful anymore. I can understand mostly tey're an overreaction of the reality, but when it's happening I can't really push them away. Any tips are welcomed. Thank you.

...See more Hello, I am here here. I joined mostly because I feel like everyone around me does not relate to how I feel and was hoping to find some tips here. Any tips on how to deal with work anxiety? Sometimes I find it hard to completely turn off work mode because of it. So I was wondering if anyone dealt with this before and how they worked to improve it . Thank you!
