...See more Any advice for some one who face intense anxiety symptoms if going out alone and doing things, so that they have not went alone outside for more than a year, i.e always accompanied by someone.the very last time they were out alone at public place they faced intense anxiety episode and were on verge of black out, when they don't feel safe their body heatens up and its very difficult for them to calm down lots thoughts come too . They have very sensitive nervous system and the fear is that they can go crazy at anytime unknowingly
