...See more Hi all- is anyone else having trouble accessing their 1:1 chats on the web version of 7cups? I am using the online version of 7cups on my phone, and when I go to "Select Conversation", there is no list of available conversations to select. I used to be able to easily chat with listeners via the web version and can no longer do so. See picture attached. I contacted support and haven’t been able to resolve this issue. Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with this; it was working just fine until a couple of days ago. I have tried logging out and back in multiple times, restarting my phone, clearing my cache, but am still experiencing this issue. I used to be able to chat 1:1 with listeners from here and cannot do so anymore, which is frustrating for me. Appreciate any help.
