Trouble with 1:1 chats on web version
Hi all- is anyone else having trouble accessing their 1:1 chats on the web version of 7cups? I am using the online version of 7cups on my phone, and when I go to "Select Conversation", there is no list of available conversations to select. I used to be able to easily chat with listeners via the web version and can no longer do so. See picture attached.
I contacted support and haven’t been able to resolve this issue. Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with this; it was working just fine until a couple of days ago. I have tried logging out and back in multiple times, restarting my phone, clearing my cache, but am still experiencing this issue. I used to be able to chat 1:1 with listeners from here and cannot do so anymore, which is frustrating for me.

I am sorry you have to face that issue. Are you trying to access old chats you had with the listeners? Some chats get automatically deleted after some time. But if you want to access the same listener again, there is some section called My impact (for listeners), there it has a list of all the users you talked to in the past. It might be of a different name for members, you might have to look around.
If this is something happening with trying to connect to new chats, then it is more difficult to resolve. Do you find this problem when you go to Browse listeners and send them a private message? If that is the case then I guess only technical team can help with that.
