Trouble with 1:1 chats
Hi all- is anyone else having trouble accessing their 1:1 chats on the web version of 7cups? I am using the online version of 7cups on my phone, and when I go to "Select Conversation", there is no list of available conversations to select. I used to be able to easily chat with listeners via the web version and can no longer do so. See picture attached.
I contacted support and haven’t been able to resolve this issue. Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with this; it was working just fine until a couple of days ago. I have tried logging out and back in multiple times, restarting my phone, clearing my cache, but am still experiencing this issue. I used to be able to chat 1:1 with listeners from here and cannot do so anymore, which is frustrating for me.

@intellectualOrange1939 What happens if you try to message a listener you have chatted with in the past going through their profile?
I know that's not ideal, but hopefully it's something that will work until the issue is fixed.
@AffyAvo Thank you so much for the suggestion. Just tried doing that and unfortunately it leads me back to the same blank “Select Conversation” page I showed in my original post. I’m not really sure why this is suddenly happening, as I’ve been able to the use the website for months without any issues. I have no other problems with the website other than this, which is a little odd.
@intellectualOrange1939 I'm having this issue now too.
I can access my past chats from the home page, but cannot actually send messages once in.
