...See more I am obese. 50 pounds overweight. I live with my parents at 28 - I am a grad student so I can’t move out. I work, I pay my bills… but my parents don’t treat me like an adult. I need to lose weight and I love to exercise. My issue is that when I try to take care of myself, it becomes an issue for my parents and sister. How do I get healthy while walking on eggshells?
