Just lost my job

...See more I just lost my job. This is so heartbreaking. I've had this job for four years. I recently had a surgery. And I had to work after my surgery, without getting proper rest. It's a bummer. Surgery, and job loss....I don't know what's happening

...See more I've recently had a microdiscetomy and I feel so emotionally vulnerable after this. I never even had to stay at the hospital before this in my life. And all of a sudden I need spine surgery 😥😥😥 This shocked me very much.  One of my friends also made some insensitive comments during it, and so did my mom. I'm recovering but am feeling scared of I'd ever return to normal. It's been very isolating 😔😔😔

Collective Grief Diary
General Support / by inthequeue

...See more I'm going through multiple grief for several years now. I have so much to say but nowhere to say it. So, I'll write down my thoughts about grief here, and everyone else going through grief can also write in here. I hope this collective diary reaches our loved ones who are departed. 30 August, 2026 I discovered my father's diary today. It was written at the time when all of us were going through a really painful time. The thing that haunts me, and perhaps would haunt me all my life- is that he always misunderstood me. He got a lot of pain because of me. Because no one told me I was neurodivergent and there was help. No one helped me. And it strained my relationship with my father. This'll haunt me forever. I feel like it's sealed on my forehead.

...See more Hello, I'm looking to be part of an online DBT skills group, where we can support each other in learning emotional regulation and coping skills. Is there any group like this that already exists? If not, would others want to take the initiative of forming the group

...See more For those who have been diagnosed with ASD as adults, has it changed your plans of having children? I'm 31, female, and it's only in the past few years that I've slowly been realising that I may have autism. I'm waiting to get an appointment to get diagnosed, but I've been thinking what it could mean for me if I do get the diagnosis. I've always been on the fence about having kids. My cousin has a 14 year old son who is autistic, and it has severely affected her life. I also have a cousin who has ADHD, and has some symptoms of autism. There is also another one of my relatives on my mother's side who is on the spectrum. All these relatives are on my mother's side of the family. I don't know what all these mean for my chances of having an autistic child if I ever do become a mother.

...See more Hi guys!!!  I wanted to share an audio course which helped me with my mobile addiction. Usually I like this types of courses which are science-y and calm. I hope it helps others as well 😊 https://u6648436.ct.sendgrid.net/ls/click?upn=tx5XpqTYVms-2FFMTOrVpkRUBcozfk5GFq0iWsnWI5Hxnel2aiq03KGD-2BcFGQnzbBDdEJ0fxkt-2FXPEgMVhx1U3-2Bg-3D-3D-FTY_DjjBvu3-2BxP7oBcIUjTV8da3b2UwIuncuMGLKi-2BUpF5eMDg6FUnuPgfnocxtHVf5buU3O7AeGAPFUSGuO7HY6ccFOOPDv-2FcFshVsnNcpZ3O19JjXG2cmNZzQ-2FH-2Bv2sTODT0j7iFdlJxdccPP8W-2Bftd6rqpEtxSIx2hK3Uw8OyrgkLLWGK-2Bl-2Bqb3X1KskYSzn2jk1ULsbNJKrNUwtBHZBc2Q-3D-3D
