...See more Hello! I feel like my life is okay now. I feel better since i came back to may parents house and figured out some internal issues. But still, i dont feel like my life is exciting and that i wait forward to wake up in the morning. I remember i had a period in my life when i felt like this and i wanna achieve it again. I know that maybe i should wait more but it feels like im stuck. Does anyone have any advice on it?

Some day to day struggles

...See more Hello everyone! Thank you for looking at my post. I want to share some thoughts of mine, maybe someone will resonate with anthing and will share some thoughts of theirs in return.  I don't usually share what is on my mind as I find it unuseful and unhelpful. I also don't usually ask for help because I don't want to be a burden. Doing research I found out that I can have avoidant attachment and it also can lead to feeling of loneliness because of avoiding interactions.  I want to ask you if you also feel lonely sometimes and if you find it hard to reach for help at those times. I don't know how often is okay to reach to people when I miss them. I also don't find the motivation to lead my own life because everthing I do seems meaningless.  I am on my way to improve myself. I want to be a better member of te comunity and to be able to help and to get help from people. Sending hugs to everyone who needs it 🫂<3
