I can’t get over My past memory about my bullied

...See more ecently my memory started to remind me of my life and the situations in which I was bullied..I mean all those details and disturbing things that I wish I could delete from My memory, the faces of the bullies, and their words are all engraved and I remember them, which makes me hurt myself in the past… although the incident was years ago, but I haven’t gotten over it. Is there any advice from anyone in my situation or how you got over bullying and your past experiences ??
