...See more Can anyone relate to the feeling where you're really scared of the future and the feeling that circumstances don't seem to be in your favor? I think I have this thing where I catastrophize future events even if it hasn't happened yet, and everyday I weigh in the probability of the worst case scenario happening, thus increasing my anxiety further - and it is so draining. I don't want to feel this way anymore. Does anybody know how to cope with something like this? Thanks in advance.
