BPD has ruined my life.

...See more Today my therapist suggested she might not be able to help me and asked if I would consider trying another therapist. I started seeing her because I still have trust issues with my therapist of four years who only diagnosed me with BPD after I asked her to. I feel like if I had known sooner, I wouldn't have burned my last relationship to the ground. I told her I'm grateful to have someone to talk to but I don't think any amount of therapy is going to change my situation. All I want is my life back but my ex has shown no interest in speaking to me, let alone having a relationship. I don't think I'll ever be truly happy again and I'm just learning to live with that because the alternative is worse.

...See more I've been no contact with my ex for ten months now-- her choice, not mine. The obsessive thoughts WILL NOT stop. I wake up every morning and feel the loss all over again. I want to talk to her and try to make things worse but I don't want to cross her boundaries. It feels like a part of me is missing 💔
