...See more Today was supposed to be my routine endoscopy, but I couldn’t go through with it. I got really scared 😱, and my anxiety was making everything feel overwhelming. So I ended up canceling the procedure. Now I’m feeling really disappointed in myself ☹️. I know it was supposed to be a routine procedure, but my fear got the best of me today. I’m hoping I can work through this anxiety and find the courage to try again when I’m ready. I’m also wondering if there might be another approach or another test that could help check what’s going on. I’m just trying to find a way forward that I can feel comfortable with. I could really use some encouragement and support right now. ❤️
