...See more I'm 15 years old and I don't know what is wrong with me because my mood changes often (I feel happy, confident, sexy, have lots of energy, I want to do crazy things but then I'm angry, easily irritated or I can't do anything because I don't have any motivation, energy, I feel sad and that I'm not enough or I don't want to see anyone and times that I need to get my shit together and clean), I have really hard time concentrating, something is wrong with my memory because I can't remember things, I think a lot about what I did in the past or what I will do, really often feel like something is watching me or reading my mind, my mind is racing, I eat too much or too less and it's the same with sleep, there is times that I talk too fast or too slow, and I usually fight with my parents.if someone knows please tell me because I'm too scared to ask my parents for therapy or something like that because they don't believe and call me just lazy or dramatic... I know that it's normal but I needed to get this off my chest 😅
