I don't know what is wrong with me because my mood changes often (I feel happy, confident, sexy, have lots of energy, I want to do crazy things but then I'm angry, sad easily irritated or I can't do anything because I don't have any motivation, e energy or I don't want to see anyone and times that I need to get my shit together and clean), I have really hard time concentrating, something is wrong with my memory because I can't remember things, I think a lot about what I did in the past or what I will do, really oftenI feel like something is watching me or reading my mind, my mind is racing, I eat too much or too less and it's the same with sleep, there is times that I talk too fast or too slow, and I usually fight with my parents.if someone knows please tell me because I'm too scared to ask my parents for therapy or something like that because they don't believe and call me just lazy or dramatic...

@jsindija707 Hey :) It sounds like you're having a really hard time right now. Especially with everything so all over the place for you. Tbh - it's hard to say for sure what could be going on because there are a few different things that would line up with it. I know you're scared to talk to your parents about it and I can understand that. Alot of times I think parents just sort of chalk things up to being a teenager but that's not allways the case. Is there someone else you can talk to? Like a school counselor? Someone who could maybe give you alittle guidance? Even an aunt or an uncle? Someone who would be more understanding of what you're going through right now - that could maybe help your parents understand better? I'm sorry this isn't more helpful - I really hope that things get better for you and you're able to find the answers you're looking for

Be gentle with yourself

Hello! I would say try to muster up the courage and talk to your parents. They love you and they want to help you and they don’t know how.

I think you should consider seeing a doctor or therapist or professional about these concerns you have.

I know a lot of people who have mental health issues and they could have been prevented if they got help sooner.

I am not saying you have them, I am unable to say that- that would be a doctors job to do.

What I am saying is you could help yourself feel better if you ask for help.

Imagine how good you will feel if you get help? The pressure of worry will be gone and you will have the answers you need to progress.

Maybe the doctor will say you are just a normal kid who’s hard on themselves - maybe the doctor will diagnose and treat you accordingly.

you will never know and never feel better until you take the risk of putting yourself out there and asking for help.

tell you parents this is important to you and asking for help is hard for you because you are scared of their reaction so you appreciate all of the support they can provide you and explain to them how they can be that to you…l for example.. By accompanying you to the doctor… by just being positive about the situation and not judgemental….
