...See more Hey guys. I lost my aunt about a month ago and it’s been really hard specifically because I haven’t been able to sleep properly. Ever since she passed I’ve had issues falling asleep because I get really nauseous and then I start feeling an impending sense of doom and when I finally fall asleep I’m half awake most of the time and when I’m fully asleep I wake up shortly after. What do I do?

...See more Hi there! Just for some context I’m nineteen years old and I turn 20 in a month. I got diagnosed officially at 16 with Charcot Marie Tooth which is a neuromuscular condition that affects my peripheral nerves in my legs and hands, it is also known as a muscular dystrophy and neuropathy, it causes me a great deal of pain to walk around for long periods of time or stand around for long periods of time. Most of the time when you go to the mall there’s a bout a million people there and all of the seats are taken by people who are on their phones waiting for their loved ones or needed to sit for a moment. At my mall it’s the same thing except there are barely any seats and thus I have to tough it out. They usually do not provide wheelchairs or mobility scooters and thus I’d have to buy one on my own except that’s so expensive that it’d be impossible for me to pay my bills. I’ve been saving up for this trip and can’t wait to go but last time I was in so much pain I about collapsed into the floor in the middle of the store. If anyone has any tips or suggestions for me on how I should go about this day that would be wonderful thank you!!!!
