...See more I don’t think people realize how truly debilitating ADHD is. Like we function best by order and organization but we are utterly helpless to establish order or organize anything. People think it’s just like a lack of attention and some need to fidget. They don’t understand that it affects everything! Anyway I’m reading through this forum and I want to say thank you for sharing. It’s nice to know I’m not alone.

...See more Just thinking about how it's been 30 years, three freaking decades, that I've been saying I'm going to get organized, get educated, get healthy, etc. but I'm still a mess. Somehow I raised a couple of kids to adulthood but I'm still a mess. Let this be the year I at least declutter!
