Thanks for helping me not feel alone
I don’t think people realize how truly debilitating ADHD is. Like we function best by order and organization but we are utterly helpless to establish order or organize anything.
People think it’s just like a lack of attention and some need to fidget. They don’t understand that it affects everything!
Anyway I’m reading through this forum and I want to say thank you for sharing. It’s nice to know I’m not alone.

I hear you, truly. ADHD is so misunderstood, and the struggle you described hits deep. That constant tug-of-war between knowing what you need to function and not being able to get there… it’s exhausting, and it’s so much more than just being “distracted” or “hyper.” Thank you for sharing this. There’s something really powerful about being seen in a space where you’re often overlooked or misunderstood. You’re definitely not alone, and the way you put this into words~it resonates, I am sure with more people in this community also. Keep showing up, even when it’s messy or confusing or exhausting. You’re doing better than you think. 💛
