My girlfriend was raped and i don’t know how to help

...See more My girlfriend was raped a couple of days ago by someone she knew. They told her she had to prove she was straight (we're both girls but we haven't come out). She blames herself bc she got in the car with him and eventually just let it happen. Obviously it is not her fault, but she feels guilty bc she thinks she could've done more to stop it and that she basically cheated on me. I've told her that i'm not mad at her and that she didn't cheat on me, but she still blames herself. I want to help her but i don't know what to do, we don't live close enough where i can just go over to see her after she's finished work so i hate that i can't comfort her whenever she needs it. I just want to know if there's anything more i can do bc i feel sick that this happened to her and i couldn't help and am still useless now. For extra context she already suffers from severe depression and other mental health disorders and is suicidal, so she struggles to accept help and i'm scared that this may make her more likely to attempt again. So any suggestions to how i can be helpful would be greatly appreciated

...See more My best friend has severe depression. She has struggled with it for many years. she has recently tried to take her own life. She pushes away any help because she’s scared. I am one of the only people she tells stuff to but even then it’s not a lot. i want to help her but i don’t know how.
