...See more Hi, my name is Lucy. I'm struggling with the loss of my triplet brother. We were 5 at the time, and I found him late at night dead, and we drove to the hospital and tried to revive him but he ended up passing. I get nightmares about it, especially this time of year because he died June 11th, 2013. I know where he is buried, and I feel like I never got to say goodbye because I was so young and I didn't understand what was happening. I want to bring flowers to his grave and visit him, I guess. But the last time I was there it was the funeral. I tried asking my parents a couple of years ago if I could visit him, but they told me if I ever want to, I shouldn't, and we can bring flowers home and I can pretend is like visiting him, but that isn't the same. Now I'm wondering should I ask them or not? And what should I do if they tell me it isn't a good idea? I get why they're worried, about the trauma response and all, but this is something I haven't gotten to do in 12 years and I don't feel it's fair keeping me from my brother.

People Like Me everyone who knows how it is knows what I mean the grass on the other side isn't looking green the world is too cruel and too mean but it seems to kill people like me “bad kids,” “family scapegoat,” “adhd episodes” too many problems always blamed on the phones this is growing up in the 21st century another problem blamed on people like me social media posts on another suicide #1 cause of death before the age of 25 those of us who can't stay clean are not seen we’re “ruining our lives” if we smoke a bit of weed alcoholics, cutters, and addicts are the only thing people see they don’t understand inside our heads are too messy how are we supposed to explain when we’re picked apart? instead of listening we are judged from the very start people like to think that they actually understand the same people sticking labels to us like we’re *** soup cans people like me know what it's like to hide by ourselves and all alone every time we cry our worlds are black and white and so bleak but we don’t want to let people think that we are weak people like me don’t realize that we’re strong all we’re focused on is everything we’ve done wrong we don’t realize how negative we seem to be people around us get annoyed pretty easily we have no clue why everything *** sucks but it’s because negativity is our only crutch some days can be good and can be great but people like me know that the feelings never shake
