Porn Trauma

...See more My husband recently got over a p orn addiction. But during that addiction, me being neglected and rejected, I built up some trauma. It’s been about 8 months that he quit, but I still have serious trauma and ask him daily if he did it by himself or watched videos. He doesn’t but I pretty much convince myself that he does behind my back. The addiction was pretty bad and he would reject me to go do it alone with p orn. here’s the thing that I really don’t understand. I ask him not to. And he finally doesn’t which is great and I’m slowly getting over the trauma of it all. It seriously messed me up. But.. it kind of turns me on now thinking about him touching himself alone, or catching him doing it alone. Pretty much like a fantasy. i am totally against p orn now because of our situation and can’t stand the thought of going through that again. It almost caused us to split up. But why am I fantasizing about something that caused me so much pain and neglect? Being rejected was so horrible, yet I catch myself thinking about “catching him touching himself or watching videos without me” while we’re getting physical. And it often turns me on. Any advice? Anyone going through something similar?

...See more im thinking of starting antidepressants, because I don’t see any other way to fix how I feel anymore. I’m a new mom to a 4 month old. Breastfeeding. Me and my husband are fixing our sex life since he was addicted to porn and it rendered our sex life nonexistent. (It’s now getting better steadily, still working on it.) Because of the last statement, I’m terrified that if I start antidepressants, it will lower my sex-drive and we’ll have the same issue again. I want to help him quit completely and keep our love alive. Does anyone know which types have the least effect on libido? And that is also safe for breastfeeding moms? I would greatly appreciate any advice. Thank you

...See more Me and husband tend to go through the same motions during sex everytime we do it. Do you guys have any advice on new ways of getting intimate? Maybe doing it on the living room floor? How to turn him on and make him want me more? Ways to get it going without it feeling like a routine? I would love to spice up our sex life so we can both have more fun instead of it feeling like a chore :/ We usually do it in our bed, or on the couch. Let me know what you have done to change things up!
