It's been almost 2 months
Relationship Stress / by nenaK

...See more It's been almost 2 months since we broke up. We dated for a little over a year. We lived 2 hours apart, messaged 24/7 and visited each other every second week. etc etc, I loved him more than anything but he sometimes made me so upset in the relationship because his love didn't match mine. It felt one sided. He would often forget to call me, prioritize videogames, never planned a date - not once, and just watch me cry when he upset me. He was very immature, I know, yet I still loved him. My love stayed no matter what he did to me. I know he wasn't a good boyfriend. I don't know why, but he was still home to me. He was the person I was closest with. I genuienly don't know why I love him so much. When we broke up, he became so coldhearted and mean,, it shattered my heart. The first month I cried every single day. In the second month I cried a little less. I still can't think about him without crying instantly. It really feels like my favorite person died. The person that cared for me no longer exist, which is extremly hard to accept. I feel like I'm grieving a death. My heart hurts. All I wanted was to feel loved and give love. And me being constantly upset at his lack of love made him leave. Reality is so confusing, I'm so confused about life and how we ended up here. It's hard.

...See more I have a problem. I have completely lost my hunger and appetite. When Covid started in 2020, I was very depressed, I lost my hunger, the feeling of wanting and needing food, completely. Until today, it hasn't come back. However, I still had appetite/cravings. Shopping for food is really hard, I can only buy groceries for one or two days because I can literally only eat what I crave, I cannot get anything else down. This was okay,, until recently. Last week me and my boyfriend broke up and I completely lost my appetite too. I cannot eat, I have to force myself. After three bites, I feel like throwing up, it is extremely hard. I've replaced most of my diet with smoothies and milkshakes since that is easier to get down. I've become severely underweight, I'm 1,73cm and weigh 45kg. I went to doctors, I went to a therapist, no one is taking the situation seriously. I eat half a sandwich a day. As long as I eat something, I consider it an accomplishment. How tf do I get my appetite/hunger back. It is really bad, I have no energy. Please send help and tips.

...See more A week ago me and my boyfriend broke up. My world has been shattered ever since. I can't see myself living without him. He was my best friend, my soulmate, my everything, he was home to me. In August he lost feelings for me, I kept trying to fight for the relationship, I kept fighting for him, I didn't wanna lose him. He didn't have the energy to care about the relationship, I was so sick of feeling unloved and of fighting alone. We're both coping really bad rightnow. I've been having mental breakdowns constantly no matter where I am. At the dentist, on the train, at uni lectures. I have been trying so hard to feel better but nothing is helping, I hate this feeling so much. Especially "You deserve better, he wasn't the right one" "there are so many cool guys out there" make me feel worse. It's not that easy. I cannot be productive. My laundry from 2 weeks ago is still laying in my room, I haven't washed my hair in over a week, I still have to clean dishes from a week ago. Life sucks so much rightnow. It was so easy to lose him. I don't know what to do. Someone give me hope.
