Passive aggressive (and sometimes just plain old aggressive) Demeaning Subtle bullying and putdowns Egotistical Narcissistic Constantly demanding praise Highly intolerant Difficult to talk to Getting involved where not wanted Constantly having to walk on egg shells around Instantly ready to blow a fuse if the wrong thing is said This pretty much sums up my father in part. My anxiety is sky high trying to handle him, resulting in many sleepless nights. This results in me being cranky with my own family, which I really don't like. I know he doesn't deserve the amount of mental energy I waste on him, but can't seem to tell my brain that!
