...See more Hi! I've been overcoming anxiety and depression lately. Does anyone else feel like they can't make a decision because you don't know if it's coming from your anxious thoughts or if it's what you truly want. Like if I want to go to the gym, sometimes idk if I want it because I tell myself it's good for my anxiety and I don't know what else to do in that time period. Is my anxiety making decisions for me? How do I know what I want. This might be confusing, sorry :/
