My anxiety blurres my decision making

Hi! I've been overcoming anxiety and depression lately. Does anyone else feel like they can't make a decision because you don't know if it's coming from your anxious thoughts or if it's what you truly want. Like if I want to go to the gym, sometimes idk if I want it because I tell myself it's good for my anxiety and I don't know what else to do in that time period. Is my anxiety making decisions for me? How do I know what I want. This might be confusing, sorry :/

@nidamars

I have felt like anxiety and depression make a biological impact in my ability to make what I would call "executive decisions." In other words, making a key and decisive decision and then living with it. Rather than living in a cloud of nervous indecision. that's all i wanted to contribute.

I think I understand you. I just quit two different jobs because of my anxiety. Now I have know idea if that was a valid choice. Maybe if I gave it one more day it would have been fine.
