...See more Honestly, I don't feel like I'm trying to get control of anything. I have no idea what the basis of my ED is. I was fat, and I dieted to the point that I was underweight, with the occasional binge. then binges took over my life and now I'm fat again. My food has control over me. I'm so confused.

...See more I decided over a year ago that I want to recover from bulimia, yet it seems that almost every single day I make an excuse why it'll be tomorrow, but not today. My husband wants to start a family...we're actively trying to get pregnant...but i know that i can't really do that, and I can't tell him. Nobody knows. I need the ELI5 version of starting out. :(
