...See more If my friends all moved cities, I don't think I would care at all. At lunchtime, I just sit there, not saying anything, because I don't want to be annoying (people always tell me I talk too much). They're always whispering and never tell me things. It doesn't upset me; I don't care at all. The whispering stuff makes them sound bad; they're actually good, nice, likable people. We have no common interests at all. I used to care about them, I used to think I was in the best group of friends ever. I don't know what has happened. Should I keep sitting with them, just because they haven't done anything wrong and it'd be weird to suddenly leave? Should I start an argument over a little thing and leave? (just so I have a reason) Should I just be like 'hey guys im gonna chill by myself' and get lost?

...See more My friend has GAD and is always asking me to go places with her because she 'can't do it alone.' That's fair enough. I hate going places on my own, so I can't imagine how awful it is for her. Expect they're really far away and I'll have to waste quite a lot of my time, just to go to the shops with her. Often she asks me to 'call in sick' to work for this! When I say I can't, she gets really mad and I feel really guilty. I have tried explaining in a reasonable manner and she just goes on about 'it's so hard for me! you don't get it!' I know I'm her friend, and I have to be supportive, but it's a huge inconvience for me. I hate feeling bad when I say no. Has anyone experienced a similar situation?
