...See more Hello, I always had a low self-esteem but only recently I have started freaking out so bad that I cannot control my body anymore. This pandemic ruined my whole career plan and now I'm stuck somewhere I have no control over. Everytime I see a opportunity, I start freaking out. The fear of failure, that I'm not enough.. I feel I'll lose the opportunity. My leg starts shaking, heart's beating fasting. My hands are shaking while I'm writing this. My head feels heavy holding in tears. Yesterday I talked to a listener and it was very helpful. The listener suggested to focus on the present. Focus on today. I feel I'm a failure even today. I feel ashamed to say that a day after I'm falling out again. There has been this positivity inside me all the time and it makes me crumble now that I have become this person in the present.
