...See more i feel like i can’t be consistent with the gym and diets. i do smoke a lot so i get the munchies, but i hate it because all i do lately is gain weight. all i do is stuff my face and feel fat instead of doing something about it. everyone say im built great bc im proportional, but at the same time, i feel like i can be skinnier. sometimes i just want to starve myself. but its hard. sometimes i can though. but ik thats not the right thing to do.

...See more i’ve never been diagnosed but ik i’m not like neurotypical people. plus my mom and one of my brothers have it. but i feel like it messes up my memory. i don’t mean to forget things bc it makes people think i don’t listen to them. i do listen but i also have 10,000 things in my head as well. i honestly feel like i mask a lot as well, bc i can only truly be myself when im alone. this isn’t all though

...See more i get anxiety everytime i have to speak on my feelings and thoughts. i silently panic, i get nauseous and my hands sweat while i shiver. i jus want to be able to speak up without crying.
