...See more hi I’m considering anxiety medication. I’m at my wits end. I’m so frustrated because I can’t go out and enjoy myself without feeling tense and raising my blood pressure because of anxiety. Only time I’m really calm is at home in My bed mostly. Sometimes it’s hard to face the day. I don’t enjoy things like I use to. Family time is bittersweet because I have a hard time being in the Present. I don’t like who’ve become. It’s not fair To my children or husband. I’m crying inside. I want help. I go to therapy On and off, it helps a little.😢😢😢
