How can I stop crying?

...See more Throughout my day I feel an overwhelming urge to cry I’ll sometimes cry for a little bit and then stop because I just can’t spend the entire day crying it disrupts my days and I wonder how to make it stop

...See more Hi, I’m 22 and have strict religious Muslim parents and I have been struggling with mental health for years which has only gotten worse but I have learned to accept and ignore it because I know that it can only make my life worse often I am triggered by parents and I’m easily irritated I’m hardly allowed to leave the house unless it’s with family or to attend classes and being outside of the house gives me anxiety a lot of things scare me most are unreasonable fears I have no social or life skills I’m useless I have no desires to leave the house that makes me feel trapped or the people that hurt me I no longer have hope but I keep living over the past few years I have been developing physical symptoms there’s not much I can do about them I try to find holistic cures because I can’t go to a doctor my mother tells me I should pray I’m not religious like my parents, my parents view my suffering as a punishment from god my parents do not like me much because I’m not a practicing Muslim also I’m their daughter so I will always be less than their sons it really hurts when they ignore me and because I still love them wish I meant more to them but it’s whatever in the end nothing matters

...See more I have been depressed for the past five years It use to not bother me as much because I don't believe the concept of happiness and could not care much for it I don't mind being miserable as long as I can get basic tasks done but lately life feels pointless and I have lost all motivation at times I don't want to move life has become completely meaningless to me I feel empty and there is nothing I can do about it but wait for my life to end
