...See more Why do we chase happiness and peace all of our life why is such a difficult task to achieve, why has life been made this difficult to be happy to have peace , I’m so tired of always being sad alone and unhappy I want to be happy I put the work in but it’s so much evil and hurt going on it’s hard to be happy because I I can think about is someone else’s pain and what they can be going thru behind closed doors and ways I can help but I’m powerless I can’t even help myself. I just want to live a life of some kind of happiness, I’m tired of living my days in the darkness listening to Adele.

...See more We’ve been in a long-term relationship and have children together. Recently, we’ve gone through a very difficult period after I broke trust in the relationship. Since then, we’ve been trying to navigate rebuilding our connection and seeing what a healthy future looks like for us. While I am fully responsible for my past actions and the hurt they caused, my partner is also working through her own feelings and process. Right now, we live together, co-parent, and are in close proximity daily, which brings up many emotional challenges for both of us. My partner has clearly communicated that she needs space and time to focus on herself — reconnecting with who she is outside of the relationship and being able to make her own choices without feeling watched or questioned. Our communication can be good at times, and we do still have small, positive moments together, but we also experience tension and triggers around boundaries and trust. I’m learning that my own fears and anxieties often cause me to look for reassurance or control in unhealthy ways, especially when I see her having friendships or connections outside of me. I recognize this is my issue to work on — my need to control or worry doesn’t help the situation and can make her feel more crowded or less safe. Right now, my focus is on healing myself, becoming more self-reliant emotionally, and learning to give her the room to do the same. Our future as a couple is uncertain, but we’re trying to move toward personal growth so that if there is a possibility of coming back together later, it will be from a healthier and more stable place.
