Hello My name is dominic and I have really bad adhd and I haven’t taken any of my medication in a really long time would it be safe for me just to start taking it again ?

What medication would you guys suggest

I suffer really bad social anxiety, depression,impulsive thoughts and actions and I constantly feel like someone is against me or talking about me.

@raspberryHouse574

No.

I wouldn't take it again without consulting a doctor first, for your safety and peace of mind.

I'm really sorry you are struggling and suffering in this way!

Sending you my best wishes 💖

As suggested, please see a physician and preferably a mental health expert and even better, an expert specializing in ADHD. Much is changing around ADHD, diagnosing and treating. You deserve this level of care and support.

@raspberryHouse574Hi Dominic, it’s really important to check with a healthcare professional before restarting any medication, especially after a break. They can help you safely manage your ADHD along with your social anxiety and depression. Everyone’s situation is unique, so the right medication and approach will depend on your specific needs. In the meantime, focusing on self-care and reaching out for support can also help. If you want, I can help you prepare questions to ask your doctor or therapist. You’re taking a brave step by seeking help.
