Jealous over my favorite person

...See more So my favorite person is a social butterfly. She's always so busy with her other friends that she has very little time for me. We met about a year ago so i'm her newest friend, and i always feel like there's no "room" for me in her life. We go to the same college and that's pretty much the only way i get to see her. Her schedule is literally so full that she barely has time to text me sometimes. On the rare occasions when she's not busy with studying, or her friends or boyfriend, I try to rearrange my schedule around her just so that i can see her. I can't help but feel jealous when she hangs out with her other friends, and it makes it worse that they get to have her time and I don't. I feel like i'm the bench player waiting for a chance to participate and all her other friends are in the starting lineup. I complain about it to her every once in a while, but she just brushes it off and tries to reassure me, but never does the effort to make time for me. Sometimes i get the sense that she's flattered, and probably enjoying it, even. Anyway, I feel like my jealousy is still manageable most of the time, but the thing is that the summer break in college started a week ago in my country and now i don't see her anymore. But her friends do, and i'm struggling to keep my jealousy in check. We won't be together next semester either since we're taking different classes (but she'll be with her other friends of course) which is adding up to the jealousy. Now she's on vacation with two close friends and she's excited to send me pictures and i'm just boiling with anger at the thought of seeing them. What do you guys think i should do? Did you ever go through anything similar? And if you did, what helped you through it?

Getting attached too fast

...See more How do you stop yourself from getting attached to someone too fast? I tend to get attached in the very early stages of a relationship. If I meet someone whom i find that i like and we start talking, i notice that in less than 2 weeks i start thinking about them the whole time, and i make future plans in my head with them, i fantasize about them and i definitely overshare, which is understandably distressing since i barely know the person i'm sharing my deepest secrets with i feel like i cant hold back and i go way faster than i should. I find it near impossible to take things slow. I'm starting to get scared of meeting new people because of the possibility that i might get attached again. Any tips please?
