...See more I feel so alone. I know that’s a broad statement. But I feel so far from the frequency everyone else is running on. I cannot connect with anybody. I’m so desperate to, and crave it more than anything. I have to know I’m not the only one like this. That experiences the world like this.

...See more I’m struggling deeply with the lack of connection I have with the world around me. I’m struggling with the fact that it feels impossible to truly connect. everyone is on a different frequency and I can’t match any of them. it’s so isolating, and I think of how I crave to be around others and to be listened to and understood, but I really would much rather be alone if the connection isn’t real. the mundane conversations i have with custoners and coworkers make me feel physically sick. i overthink our existence as a specices at the worst times, and it makes me feel even more isolated. i feel like i cant turn it off. Is this normal loneliness? Is it this debilitating for anybody else?
