Loneliness, isolation, lack of connection
I’m struggling deeply with the lack of connection I have with the world around me. I’m struggling with the fact that it feels impossible to truly connect. everyone is on a different frequency and I can’t match any of them. it’s so isolating, and I think of how I crave to be around others and to be listened to and understood, but I really would much rather be alone if the connection isn’t real. the mundane conversations i have with custoners and coworkers make me feel physically sick. i overthink our existence as a specices at the worst times, and it makes me feel even more isolated. i feel like i cant turn it off.
Is this normal loneliness? Is it this debilitating for anybody else?

These are not very common thoughts, to be honest, but they are found in thinking people. More often in introverts, and this is part of what can be called the meaning of life. I mean, you think about a lot of deep and things and really, everyone is unique in their own way and in this regard it is difficult to find someone to communicate with or be friends with. If you do not feel that you can do this now, it is better to give yourself time to accept it or find an option that suits you. Maybe you will find it, maybe not, but you are with yourself and this is already important. You are honest with yourself - this is cool. So be yourself and hopefully you can figure out this life
