...See more I've come to realize that I have a porn addiction. I really thought it wasn't serious at all and that I could control it and stop whenever I want, but it's not the case. I know that the first step to recovery is recognizing you have a problem, so here I am opening up my heart and accepting I have this issue. I'm not sure how will I get over it but here's my first step.

...See more I've always been a very not-social person. Last november after all the covid quarantine, I started getting anxiety for the first time in my life. I was not able to sleep for 3 days in a row due to panic attacks. I ended up going to a psychiatrist to get pills to sleep. I changed my routine and started doing exercise and having a better diet. I fixed my life for a while but now I'm starting to get anxiety and feeling sad a lot again. I left my job as it was time for me to close that cycle and give me sometime, but now I feel like I can't move on and that I will fall into my previous state anytime. I also feel sometimes that I'm not worth it and that I can't deal with stuff.
