This is all very new to me

I've always been a very not-social person. Last november after all the covid quarantine, I started getting anxiety for the first time in my life. I was not able to sleep for 3 days in a row due to panic attacks. I ended up going to a psychiatrist to get pills to sleep. I changed my routine and started doing exercise and having a better diet. I fixed my life for a while but now I'm starting to get anxiety and feeling sad a lot again. I left my job as it was time for me to close that cycle and give me sometime, but now I feel like I can't move on and that I will fall into my previous state anytime. I also feel sometimes that I'm not worth it and that I can't deal with stuff.

@secretBlackberry9527 Covid hasn't been the most fun of times and it has brought a lot of turmoil into people's lives. Anxiety and having panic attacks are not pleasant to experience and it seems to have carried over to your job and perspectives surrounding yourself. This is easier said but it's helpful for me to remember our feelings do not define us. While it is hard to feel we may not be worth it or may fall into previous cycles, it is not necessarily true. I read an article that was helpful, it talked about how anxiety is not a "me" problem as so often society pushes that our mental health is due to our own shortcomings but our environment is a factor often overlooked. I hope that we may both remember to be gentle with ourselves and allow our feelings to come and go
