Addiction

I've come to realize that I have a porn addiction. I really thought it wasn't serious at all and that I could control it and stop whenever I want, but it's not the case. I know that the first step to recovery is recognizing you have a problem, so here I am opening up my heart and accepting I have this issue. I'm not sure how will I get over it but here's my first step.

you are correct this is a big step to openly admit this to others it creates the first step in making progress with any addiction.
