...See more Hi everyone. Married 27 years. Husband just cheated. One day I feel hate, next day emotional, day after that lost empty, then back to anger and hate. How can I stop this Rollercoaster? I want to just move on, get on with my life. I feel stuck. I moved to Canada from the UK and I have no family here in Canada, not many friends either. Thanks for listening x

...See more Hi all Need some advice. What I'm about to share may sound far fetched but here I go. I have been married to my husband for 27 years, we have 4 children youngest is 9. My husband has very bad temper and narcissistic tendencies. He was very verbally abusive toward me and our children for years. In November last year, he assaulted 2 of my children in our home. He was arrested and released on bail. In December 2025 I found out by accident that he had been chatting on an Asian Dating app and spent over $1600 from our account. He then started to chat to a woman on whats app where he paid her in apple gift cards for her virtual service. I believe they agreed to meet as passport info was exchanged. The next thing I know he is in Japan. Before he left he had bought new clothes and let's say bedroom toys. I just don't know how to feel about it, I cannot cry, my head cannot focus on why he would do such a drastic move like this. He is 58 soon, and I am struggling to understand his mind set.
