My 27 year marriage ended

Hi everyone. Married 27 years. Husband just cheated. One day I feel hate, next day emotional, day after that lost empty, then back to anger and hate. How can I stop this Rollercoaster? I want to just move on, get on with my life. I feel stuck. I moved to Canada from the UK and I have no family here in Canada, not many friends either.
