...See more Everytime I socialize with anyone, I always overthink everything I said and did during interactions. Lately, mostly when I am around people I don't know very well, I have horrible anxiety attacks for weeks after the interaction if I feel like I did something embarrassing or annoying. I don't even like when there is a second of the day that I have time to think because I usually have some sort of thought that sends me into slight anxiety attack. I am starting to try to take time to write down my thoughts that I am anxious about to force myself to think about it, and it seems to help me a little bit, but was wondering if anyone had any additional advice.
